Ryan Rasieleski
Managing Principal
At Captiva Capital, Ryan is responsible for Acquisitions, Asset Management, Dispositions, and Portfolio Strategy.
Ryan has experience in multiple facets of multifamily real estate; ranging from Investments, Asset Management, and Operations Strategy for one of the largest privately held multifamily private equity firms in the US.
Throughout his real estate career, Ryan managed 25,000 units across seven investment funds spanning 14 states. His expertise ranges from value-add garden-style assets in secondary markets to luxury A-class properties in core gateway markets. Ryan has been involved in over $2 billion of multifamily due diligence and real estate transactions.
Ryan also spent 5 years advising small business owners through Pacific Community Ventures (PCV), a non-profit agency providing capital solutions and resources to small businesses throughout the US.
Ryan holds a B.S. in Business Administration from Rhode Island College and an M.B.A in Finance from Johnson & Wales University.
In his spare time, Ryan enjoys fishing, cooking, and volunteering for non-profits focused on impact investing in underserved communities across the country.


Thomas Webb
Managing Principal
At Captiva Capital, Thomas is responsible for Business Development, Investor Relations, and Portfolio Strategy.
Thomas has 10+ years of multifamily experience ranging from buy-side private equity to sell-side brokerage. His diverse background includes Investments, Acquisitions, and Asset Management with firms in Florida where he has developed a deep understanding of market drivers.
Prior to Captiva Capital, Thomas held the position of Acquisitions Manager at PEBB Enterprises, a single-family office in Boca Raton, FL. He oversaw new acquisitions nationwide for office and retail assets/development opportunities for tenants such as Public, Tesla, Floor & Decor, and Wegmans. Prior to PEBB, Mr. Webb managed acquisitions and development at Stiles Corporation. Stiles is one of the largest real estate developers in Florida with a focus on retail, office, and multifamily throughout the Southeast. His role included the identification, underwriting, acquisition, and development for Stiles’ internal private equity fund managing over $300 million. He also held the position of Asset Manager at private equity fund TerraCap Management, overseeing the acquisition and management of $100M and over 2 million square feet of commercial real estate. During his time at TerraCap, he was responsible for developing fund modeling, commercial underwriting, property acquisition and sourcing, due diligence, contract negotiations, and property management for both fund and third-party assets.
Thomas is originally from Rhode Island and attended Providence College where he pursued a degree in Business Management. Thomas is a graduate with a Master of Science in Real Estate from the Hough Graduate School of Business at the University of Florida.
